UPCOMING EVENTS & REMINDERS:
January 18th- All PDP's should be reveiwed/documented in the McRel system and submitted to Mrs. Choplin and Mr. Wall for review. On December 16th a list was emailed to indicating which administrator will be responsible for reviewing your mid-year PDP. If you have questions please let us know.
January 20th- End of Quarter
January 23rd: RC day all certified staff are required to work with the majority of staff members attending common core staff development.
January 23rd: TA's and PRT's do not work today. Part time teachers that are not PRT's will work a half day.
January 25th- Author's visit- Ms. Shoaf will provide additional details regarding times and meeting locations.
January 25th- Grades 3-5---- all grades should be in NCWISE by 3:00. Mrs. Durling will print report cards on January 26th. Specialists if you are not giving a "S" to a student you must have your grades changed by 3:00pm on the 25th.
January 27th- BUG awards- Mr. Sealey will provide you with additional information
January 30th- SIT
*** Teachers in grades 3-5 grades should input grades into NCWISE weekly.
PBIS UPDATES
Monthly Booster: Hallways and Arrival and Dismissal. Video will be on OTTV. Classroom teachers should review the lessons with their students.

PDPs: All students failing a subject should have a PDP in place. If the student did not fail a subject in the first quarter but fails the subject in the 2nd quarter a plan must be developed. January 24th is a night set aside to invite parents in who cannot meet during your scheduled work hours. Teachers are certainly welcome to spread their PDP's out during the day and over a week's time. However, if a parent shares the only time they can meet is in the evening the 24th should be utilized to meet the needs of the parents. If you need a translator please notify Dr. Davis as soon as possible. If you have any questions please let us know.
