Wow! It is already Second Semester! This is just a reminder that our school goal is for 50% of teachers to use SMART goals with their whole class during second semester. SMART goals are Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, Time Bound goals. Many of you are already doing class and/or individual goals. Great Job!
If you would like help creating a class SMART goal or need help adjusting one, please talk to me. I will be checking in during the week of February 13-17 to see how many teachers are doing SMART goals. This is not a "Gotcha", I just need the data so that I can present how we are doing with SMART goals at this point in the year. I will check in again during fourth quarter as well.
