What's Happening this Week:
It's so hard to say goodbye....... As you are aware Mrs. Hamilton is retiring to stay at home and keep her sweet granddaughter. Mrs. Hamilton - we will all miss you greatly. Your dedication to Old Town school has been greatly appreciated. Thank you for all you do for us each and everyday.
Welcome to: As we say farwell to Mrs. Hamilton we will be welcoming a new person to the Old Town family. Our new financial secretary is Kris Duggins. She will officially begin working here at Old Town on January 3, 2012. Mrs. Duggins will be coming in off and on to work with Mrs. Hamilton during the next three weeks. As you are passing through please make sure to give Mrs. Duggins a warm Old Town welcome.

K-3 AR reward lunch for students meeting quarterly goals. Luncheon will begin at 11:30 in the Media Center.
1:00-2:00 Mrs. Choplin meeting at CO.
6:00- PTA/Holiday Program.
WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 7- 2A
11:00- AR reward trip for 4th-5th Graders that met quarterly goal. Students should meet in the front lobby. Student will return by 2:15pm.
Intermin reports go home today. Grades 3-5 if a student is failing your class a notification must go home.

Updates/Reminders
- Interim Grades: It is important that Mr. Wall and I work closely with you to know which students are struggling/failing in your classrooms. We feel it is our responsibility to assist you with these children. Therefore, we need a list of the student who are endanger of failing. Mrs. Choplin will review the lists and schedule individual meetings with teachers if needed to address any concerns. An email will be sent to you containing the Interim Grade Analysis form. Please complete this short form and return it to Mrs. Choplin by 3:00- Friday, December 9.
