This year the State Health Plan will be implementing the tobacco-use portion of the State's Comprehensive Wellness Initiative.Consequently, all health plan participants will be automatically moved to the 70/30 Basic Health Plan for the plan year beginning July 1, 2010. If members wish to enroll in the 80/20 plan instead, they will be required to go ONLINE to verify that they and any of their covered dependents do not use tobacco or that they are currently enrolled in a smoking cessation program.
