It's time to begin planning for our data review conferences. This quarter the meetings will be held between February 9-February 12th. In the next few days leadership team members will post a sign up sheet on their office doors to schedule conferences.
Mrs. Choplin : Kindergarten & First Grade
Mr. Wall: Second & Third Grade ( Miss Glass will review with Mr. Wall)
Mrs. Stewart: Fourth & Fifth Grade ( Mrs. Strobel will review with Mrs. Stewart)
Please submit your completed data summary sheets at least two days prior to your conference so that the leadership team member can review the data and formulate any questions necessary for the conference.
Be prepared to discuss the following questions:
1)What parts of the data really caught your attention?
2)Is there something in the data that is encouraging?
3)What results concern you the most?
4) Which objectives need reteaching?
5) How can you teach differently to improve mastery?
6) What other questions does this data raise for you?
7) Which students need enrichment?
8) How are you going to accelerate the students who mastered the objectives and do not need reteaching?
