Grade chairs please submit via email to the leadership team (Choplin, Stewart, Wall, Barber, Sorrell) a short summary of teachers areas of strength and area for growth and students areas strength and areas for growth based on the blue diamond results. Include in the summary: plans for reteaching activities and strategies for improvement. Questions for guiding team discussion will be placed in grade chair mailboxes. If your team has already held its remediation period please provide information as to the outcome of the remediation period. The summary may be in bullet form.
